Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Campbellfield.

These positions are for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday across day and afternoon shifts within a fast-paced production environment. The role involves hands-on work across packing lines, palletising and general factory duties.

About your new role:

• Production line packing and assembly work
• Packing, labelling and scanning products
• Building and making boxes for dispatch
• Palletising finished goods
• Using tape guns and basic packing equipment
• Maintaining accuracy and quality control on the line
• Following safety procedures and production standards
• General housekeeping and warehouse support duties

About you:

• Previous experience in production line or packing roles (essential)
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment'
• Comfortable completing pre-start inductions prior to commencement
